We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.
Contract: Full time Type: Salary Hours: 37.5 Hours Per weekPay Location: GSK - MontroseRequirement: Full Manual Driving License
Role Responsibilities:
-Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking.
-Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively.
-Pressure washing as and where required from client.
-The use of MEWP.
-Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance.
-Report site hazards and relevant information to management.
-Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required.
What we're looking for:
-Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments.
-Someone who can work as part of a team.
-Good understanding of Health and Safety in the work place.
-Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
-PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus - MEWP/IPAF desirable not essential.(after passing probation course would be available)
-Full UK Manual Driving License preferred for roles involving company vehicles.
