We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gateman to join our team on a busy newbuild housing development in Daventry. This role is essential for maintaining the security and smooth operation of the site, ensuring all visitors and deliveries are managed professionally and in line with health & safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manning the site entrance and exit, logging vehicles and personnel

Ensuring all visitors sign in/out and follow site rules

Checking delivery tickets and guiding vehicles safely on and off site

Liaising with site management and contractors as needed

Conducting basic site safety checks and reporting any issues

Maintaining a tidy and professional gate area

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Gateman/Traffic Marshall ticket (preferred)

Previous experience in a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain alert, courteous, and professional at all times
