We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team in Cornwall. Based near Camborne, this role is vital in supporting our mission to provide top-tier building and groundworks services. As a Builder at MJR Group SW, you will contribute directly to projects that enhance our community and uphold our standards of quality.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute building projects efficiently.
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Support project planning by providing accurate assessments of materials and timeframes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar construction role.
* Strong skills in general construction.
* Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
* Commitment to safety standards on site.
* Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
