Are you the right person for the job?

This role would suit an NQ Solicitor seeking structured training or a 1–2 PQE Solicitor ready to take on more responsibility within a respected and progressive firm.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Qualification as a Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE)
• Experience or exposure to Civil Litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Experience using case management systems

What will your role look like?

You will support and progressively manage a Civil Litigation caseload, with responsibilities including:

• Assisting with and managing files from instruction through to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, legal documentation, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
• Applying and developing your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with firm procedures
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the litigation process
