Summary
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for aLearning Support Assistant to join our Apprenticeships team at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a part-time basis. The successful candidate can expect to work 21 hours per week Tuesday to Thursday. This role pays between G16 £13,677.24 and G19 £15,201.73 (£24,098 to £26,784 FTE) which is dependent on skills and experience.Learning Support Assistant – Apprenticeships As a Learning Support Assistant within our Apprenticeships provision, you will play a key role in supporting apprentices with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) to successfully access their apprenticeship programmes.You will work closely with apprentices, tutors, assessors, and employers to provide tailored learning support that enables apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their apprenticeship outcomes. Support may be delivered one-to-one, in small groups, or within learning and workplace settings, depending on individual needs.Your role will involve assisting with the implementation of structured learning support strategies, helping apprentices overcome barriers to learning, and supporting them to engage fully in both their off-the-job training and workplace learning.
