We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Workplace Experience Manager to support the delivery of brilliant basics on site and ensure an exceptional experience for all customers and stakeholders.​

This role plays a key part in maintaining strong operational performance, meeting contractual objectives and strengthening customer relationships through consistent service excellence.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who brings strong initiative, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to drive continual improvement across all service lines.​

With responsibility for key performance indicators, compliance, safety and asset management, this role is central to achieving contract expectations and maintaining high levels of account performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational performance and drive improvements against all SLA and KPI targets

Manage Health & Safety performance, ensuring all processes, training and reporting standards are met

Support financial reporting, including targeted requirements aligned to contract needs

Ensure statutory compliance across all relevant service lines

Lead asset management activities and support replacement programmes

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape best-in-class service strategies

Deliver service excellence, supporting implementation of ISS Key Concepts and Lighthouse initiatives

Promote and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to risk assessments, safe working procedures and incident reporting processes

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous Facilities Management and/or management experience

IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred

Strong ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into operational solutions

Confident IT skills

Demonstrates integrity and professionalism, aligned to ISS values: Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, Quality and Unity

Self-motivated, energetic and able to take an agile approach in a demanding environment
