Summary
To producecomprehensive training plans and training materials whichfacilitatetherealisationof maximum benefits fromthedigitalsystems. These will both aid the implementation and support ongoing usage of clinical and business systems. To work closely with theEPR Training Leadin this area to ensure comprehensive change plans are developed which support staff who have new, orsubstantially changed, roles resulting from the introduction ofnewlydigitisedprocesses and methods of fulfilling their roles. To develop andmaintaindigital educational media for Digital Projects, particularlyinteractiveimmersiveeLearningplus anyuserguides,trainingmanualsand reference materials Tosupportwhenrequired,thedelivery oftrainingofthisdigitaleducational mediatostaffeither by virtual classroom or in person face to facelearning .
