Summary

Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust plan to integrate and form a new organisation on the 1st April 2026. Job Purpose To provide a wide range of nursing care as determined by service requirements and delegated by a registered practitioner at the level required of a Nurse Associate. All concerns and queries would be escalated to the Registered Nurse on duty who will provide advice and guidance. Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties is not intended to be exhaustive but indicates the main areas of work and may be subject to change after consultation with the post-holder to meet the changing needs of the organisation. Communication & Relationships Communicate effectively across a wide range of channels and with a wide range of individuals, the public, health and social care professionals, maintaining the focus of communication on delivering and improving health and care services. Demonstrate inter-personal skills that promote clarity, compassion, empathy, respect and trust and liaising with patients, staff and visitors at all times. Contribute to team success and challenge constructively to promote service improvements. Communicate with individuals, carers, family and other visitors in a courteous and helpful manner, whilst being mindful that there may be barriers to understanding. Report to appropriate registered care professionals information received from individuals, carers and team members to ensure the best possible care and to continue to promote multi-disciplinary working/partnership working.
