Temporary, Doncaster DN4
£14.35 per hour working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Our client is looking for some additional support within their HR department on a temporary basis. If you have previous HR Admin experience and are looking for a temporary role then this is for you.
HR Administration - Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination and administration of time and attendance through the HR system.
• Support the team in handling employee relations issues, talent and succession, training development, administer comps and benefits, pension schemes, absence management and performance management/appraisals.
• Provide support on disciplinary and grievance issues, attending meetings when necessary.
• Administration of recruitment, including writing and posting job adverts, shortlisting, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Arrange all pre-employment checks, including DBS applications, verifying ID documentation, checking professional registrations and referrals to occupational health.
• Support with the preparation of new employment documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, training agreements and induction plans.
To be considered for the HR Administration role you will need:
• Ability to work with confidence and credibility.
• Analytical, a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Able to work with diplomacy and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week 8.30am-5pm Mon–Fri
