Summary
Senior Construction Site Manager – New Build Care Home
We’re looking for a Senior Construction Site Manager to take full control of a new-build care home, delivered using traditional construction (block & beam floors, masonry, flat and pitched timber roofs).
This is a site-delivery role, from mobilisation to CQC-ready handover.
This role is for you if you have:
• Delivered new-build care homes.
• Strong control of programme, commercial , quality, and subcontractors
• Deep understanding of fire strategy, compartmentation, infection control, and compliance
• Experience managing traditional builds with heavy M&E coordination
• Authority on site — you run it, not babysit it
This role is not for you if:
• You’ve never handed over a care home
• You rely on others to drive programme or quality
• You avoid confrontation with underperforming trades
SMSTS & CSCS Black Card essential.
