Your new role
OMS/EMS "Fidessa" Specialist with deep expertise in Equities Trading to join a Trading Technology team. You will be responsible for integrating their in-house Order Management System (OMS) with Fidessa EMS and later contribute to their strategic evolution toward a multi-EMS / headless EMS architecture supporting greater flexibility and scalability in trade execution.
What you'll need to succeed
- Trading and Functional Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in Equities Trading technology, ideally within large buy-side or sell-side institutions.
- Previous experience working with Fidessa alongside custom or vendor-based Order Management Systems (OMS) in large enterprise settings.
- In-depth understanding of trading workflows across high-touch, low-touch, and algo trading flows.
- Strong grasp of front-to-back trade lifecycle, including order creation, execution capture, allocations, trade booking, and regulatory reporting.
- Knowledge of pre-trade risk controls, position keeping, and market data dependencies.
