Pay:
£12.21 per hour, hourly rate
£8.72 per hour - sleep in rate
£12.21 per hour - waking nights

At Three Counties Care Services, we provide dedicated support to individuals with learning difficulties, empowering them to live independently and confidently within their communities.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Staff to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll be helping individuals with learning disabilities develop life skills, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals, whether that’s through daily living support, social activities, or community engagement.

Your role will include:

Supporting individuals with learning difficulties in their homes and community
Promoting independence, confidence, and positive wellbeing
Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication
Encouraging participation in hobbies, learning, and social opportunities
Working as part of a supportive and passionate care team
