Salary: £12.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (working via agency on behalf of our client)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Lincoln for an Assembly Fitter to join their busy and expanding team. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in assembly or production. A background in laser cutting or CNC machining would be highly advantageous.
You will be assembling and fitting balcony components. Full training is provided, but the role is hands-on and physically active, so it suits someone who enjoys staying busy and is comfortable with manual duties. Overtime is available.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fit balcony components
Confidently use hand tools
Deburr parts
Drill holes accurately
Work effectively as part of a small team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar assembly or production role
Experience with laser cutting, CNC, or similar machinery is beneficial
Able to work in a physically demanding environment
Good attention to detail
Hours:
40 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break
