Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our clients dynamic team in the production industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of production method.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform basic duties as required.
Accurately measure readings and materials using basic maths skills to ensure precise measurements
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety regulations.
Basic math's skills for accurate measurement and calculations.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 16:45 and Friday 7:30 to 12:30
