Due to expansion of the Nursery, we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, candidates who have a flair and desire to work with children. We have 3 opportunities available for experienced Nursery Practitioners to be part of our team. Candidates must have at least a level 3 qualification and experience in working in a Nursery.
Opportunity to further their career with on-site training to level 5.
The ideal candidates should have a background in childcare, a passion for working with children, and strong communication and organisational skills. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children in their care, as well as planning and delivering activities that stimulate learning and development. Be responsible for overseeing planning, observations & development files for their own key children.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Develop and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
Observe and record children's development.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
Maintain appropriate safety standards in the nursery.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
Remember, there's no such thing as ordinary practitioners!
