We are recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, quality-driven restaurant in Bath. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes real pride in service standards, team leadership, and guest experience.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and consistently high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
-Full operational management of the restaurant
-Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
-Delivering exceptional guest service at all times
-Managing rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs
-Maintaining health & safety and compliance standards
-Working closely with the kitchen and senior management team
-Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
The Ideal Candidate
-Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
-Background in quality-led restaurants, hotels, or premium hospitality
-Strong leadership and people-management skills
-Commercially aware with good understanding of costs and margins
-Confident, organised, and service-focused
-Able to commit to a temporary role and start at short notice
