Summary

Starshine Nursery
Starshine is an Ofsted-registered day nursery. Based in a spacious hall in Crouch End, our ‘Good’ awarded nursery can hold up to 28 children aged 6 months to 5 years.

They pride themselves on providing a quality experience, and a home-from-home feel for the children and their families. Their staff are warm, friendly and caring. They are highly trained and have an understanding of a number of development methods including Montessori, Rudolf Steiner, Reggio Emilia and McMillan. Each specialist curriculum is included within the setting, adapted in a way that fits in with the nursery’s ethos. Staff offer a safe and secure environment for your little one to have fun and thrive in. The children’s happiness and wellbeing is their greatest priority. They recognise each child’s uniqueness, and always do their best to meet their needs. For this reason they have a higher-than-required staff-to-child ratio within the nursery, allowing for more individualised care and attention.
They aim to provide a service that promotes equality and values diversity. All families are welcome within the nursery. Parents are actively encouraged to discuss their child’s progress with the nursery team, as well as participate in special activities.
They look forward to welcoming the children to Starshine, and hope that their time with them will be happy and fulfilling.
