The Impact You Will Make
As our Trainee Chef, you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that’s dedicated to creating delicious, memorable dishes for our guests. You’ll learn everything from the basics of food preparation to the art of plating, all while working alongside experienced chefs who will guide you every step of the way. This will be the first stage to becoming a junior member of our Kitchen Team with room to grow and develop.
What You Will be Doing
• Learn how to prepare fresh ingredients and assist in cooking a variety of dishes.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service times.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Take part in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.

Working Hours and Pay
We will pay above the National Minimum Wage for your age group, and you will only work 35 hours per week over 5 days for the first six months, at which point your career with us will be reviewed and hopefully confirmed as "One of Us" !!!!!
