Summary
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. This role is key to ensuring accurate records, smooth HR processes, and a positive experience for employees and managers.
Working as part of the HR team, you will support day-to-day people operations and act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records on the HR system (Templa CMS) and personnel files
Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters, and employment documentation
Support onboarding and leaver processes, including right to work checks
Coordinate recruitment administration (advertising, interview scheduling, references)
Track absence, starters, leavers, and probation reviews
Respond to routine HR queries in line with policies and procedures
Support payroll by providing accurate and timely HR data
Assist with HR reporting and audits as required
Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained at all times
About you
You will be highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Essential:
Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience desirable)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
Experience using an HR system (Templa CMS)
Basic knowledge of employment legislation
Knowledge of TUPE law and procedures
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
