Summary
What will you be doing day to day?
Greet guests with a warm welcome. Make food and drink recommendations, take orders and serve.
Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars.
Clear tables and reset for new guests and sweep any debris so the area is pristine.
Replenish crockery for seamless service.
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Working as a team player at all times.
Occasionally helping other areas of the business as requesetd.
Making sure all checklists and cleaning rotas are adhered to.

The ability to attend and undertake all required training
A passion for hosting and hospitality
Confident communication skills
Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Work with a sense of urgency and a “can do” attitude.
Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
Communicate any issues you cannot solve the Manager so they can be dealt with.
We will consider both full and part time positions however hours are varied so we are looking for someone who is flexible.
