Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a minimum of five years’ commercial refrigeration experience. You will be working across a varied portfolio, ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standard, including central plant, packs, and RDM controls.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in supermarket commercial refrigeration
Approved Apprenticeship
Central plant / packs / RDM controls experience
F-Gas certification
Full UK driving licence (preferably no more than 6 points)
Strong ability to work under own initiative
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Benefits & Package
Salary: £40,000 (OTE £60,000)
Door-to-door pay
Callout rota: approx. 1 in 7 weekends & 1 weeknight per 7 weekdays (triaged out of hours)
Duty allowance for weekdays, weekends & bank holidays
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Overtime after 40 hours at double time
