Trunking Work
Start Time: Between 12:00 and 13:00
Shift Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Weekend shifts may be available)
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team for a 2-man trunking operation. The role will involve transporting goods from Durham to Birmingham with a collection in Carlisle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Start from Durham between 12:00 and 13:00.
* Collect from Carlisle and deliver to Birmingham.
* Unloading by forklift (training will be provided).
* Ensure the safe transportation of goods, complying with traffic and safety regulations.
* Complete all necessary paperwork and checks.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 HGV Licence (Essential).
* CPC Qualification (Essential).
* Previous trunking experience preferred.
* ADR Licence is advantageous but not essential (training available for the right candidate).
* Must be reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to work within set timeframes and meet customer requirements.
