What You'll Be Doing:
• Deliver 1:1 SEMH support for students with challenging needs
• Work hand-in-hand with class teachers to drive measurable progress
• Implement EHCP strategies and contribute to tailored intervention plans
• Monitor students’ wellbeing, celebrate achievements, and encourage growth
• Liaise with a multidisciplinary team—OTs, Speech & Language, Behaviour Leads
• Assist in the delivery of creative and therapeutic classroom activities
