Summary

We're looking for a Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our Southern team, based in Southampton.



Location: Southampton - office based, with regular travel to our sites across the Southern region. Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for? As an Environmental Sustainability Advisor, you'll be working within the Environmental team, supporting them in delivering sustainability outcomes for our key clients. Your day to day will include:

• Supporting on projects to ensure successful delivery of sustainability targets (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Carbon, Waste), • Conducting environmental inspections and maintaining environmental compliance, • Chairing meetings with the project team and supply chain to drive the sustainability agenda, • Collating sustainability metrics and reporting progress against project objectives, • Supporting the delivery of our Building for a Sustainable World framework.



What are we looking for? This role of Environmental Sustainability Advisor is great for you if you:

• Are passionate about sustainability and reducing resource use and carbon emissions, • Have knowledge of construction sustainability schemes, such as BREEAM/CEEQUAL/LEED/WELL, • Have experience in environmental management systems and relevant legislation, • Are detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and reporting skills, • Enjoy working collaboratively with different teams and clients.



This role is project based with flexibility available and is perfect for someone with understanding of sustainability principles and experience in delivering environmental assessments.
