About the Role:
Join Sodexo to work in partnership with a high-profile Government organisation, leading all analytics, reporting, and data-quality activities across a critical contract. You’ll oversee reporting through MRI Evolution, Power BI, and the wider Common Data Environment, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.This is a high-impact role where your work will directly underpin safe, compliant, and data-driven delivery, while influencing continuous improvement across the contract.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and deliver accurate, timely reporting and insights across multiple operational systems.
Align reporting with contractual requirements and system vendors (MRI, Premonition, Asseticom).
Develop and improve data flows, pipelines, and visualisations for Power BI and MRI Evolution.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party contractors to enhance data quality and reporting capability.
Support mobilisation activities including data migration, cleansing, and establishing baseline datasets.
Provide strategic advice on analytics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong data analysis and visualisation skills with experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or R.
Ability to work with complex datasets, producing clear, actionable insights.
Experience with data integration, pipelines, and modelling across multiple systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
Curious, proactive, and solution-focused mindset with attention to data quality and innovation.
Understanding of CAFM data structures and facilities management reporting is advantageous.
Desirable:
Experience with MRI Evolution reporting or statistical analysis tools (R Studio, Python).
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, cloud-based data lakes (AWS), and metadata management.
Comfortable learning through digital channels and communities.
