Summary
This is a great opportunity to join a busy tree surgery company in Essex. We are a growing company and are now searching for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to manage the yard.
Hours
Part time
Your Main Responsibilities
• You will be expected to work from 6.30-11.30 3 days a week.
• Be able to keep an organised, tidy yard.
• Manage and fuel vehicles, maintaining them so they are ready to go.
• Manage workers, making sure they have everything they need and that their tools are in the correct places.
• Reporting any issues to the manager.
• You may be vetted by the Metropolitan police to complete winter gritting tasks including a route.
• communicating with all other members of the team to ensure an effective service is provided to all customers.
• Conducting machine safety checks each day and logging issues
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, especially in the yard.
Experience
• Previous experience in Tree surgery, landscaping or similar, would be preferred.
• Any mechanic qualifications would be useful but not essential.
• Experience of working with customers would be useful.
