Summary
Our care navigators: Support the GPs and team. Signpost patients to appropriate services or clinician, by triaging non-clinically. Book and cancel appointments. Work with outside agencies to support the patient. Deal with requests from patients for private income letters. Meet and greet patients on front desk, and book in patients from othe rpractices who are accessing appointments with midwife, DVT, Urology and other services. Manage e-consultations in a timely fashion.
