Summary
Experienced Residential Sales Agency Valuer
Are you an experienced Property Agency Valuer with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work off your own initiative?
Are you looking for a new challenge with a well-known, established, customer focused independent estate agent?
You will need to be a conscientious worker with at least 3 years valuing experience in the residential sector, MNAEA qualified preferable but not essential, hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner as well as having a proven track record in business generation.
You will be target driven and local property market knowledge would be advantageous. You will be expected to undertake market appraisals for sales and on occasion, you may provide written valuations for retained clients.
