Duties:
- Conduct inspection, servicing, and repairs of vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently
- Carry out repairs ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work within a fully equipped, modern workshop environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality procedures
- Keep accurate records of all work completed and repairs undertaken
- Contribute to a team that values professionalism and high standards
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Diagnostic experience is highly desirable
- Previous franchise or main dealer experience is essential
- Positive work attitude with a professional approach and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well within a team and a fast-paced environment
