PERMANENT POSITION
Skilled Welder required to join our client in Ripley. The role will involve mainly MIG welding and some TIG welding to produce high quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
* MIG welding and some basic TIG welding
* Producing products to a high quality standard and to technical specifications
* Working with a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel
* Working to tight tolerances and specific measurements
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in MIG welding: TIG experience would be a bonus
* Apprentice trained, time-served or hold a relevant qualification
* Fully conversant with engineering drawings and weld symbols
* Confident working to BS EN ISO 3834 accreditation

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
