Summary
We're looking to recruit an IT Business Systems Manager to join the team based in Milton Keynes.
Working within an exclusively cloud based environment, primarily with Microsoft Azure and leveraging SaaS solutions the IT Business Systems Manager is responsible for managing the organisation’s IT systems and ensuring their alignment with business goals and operational needs. This role is a service integration and management (SIAM) based role pulling together multiple external service providers to form a cohesive IT service. A critical deliverable for this role is to oversee the IT project exit process, ensuring a smooth and secure transition and archiving of systems, services, and data while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
About You
- Proven experience in multi-vendor service management
- Proven project management experience, preferably large scale and high value
- Experience in project completion and data archiving projects
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and managed service models
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)
