Summary
Resourcer - Construction Recruitment Glasgow
Search Consultancy is continuing to grow our successful Construction division in Glasgow and we're looking to add a Resourcer to support this expanding team.
This opportunity would suit someone who is highly motivated, relationship-driven, and keen to build a career within recruitment. Previous experience is not essential - we're equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:

Proactively sourcing and engaging construction candidates across a range of roles

Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining talent pools

Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants on live vacancies

Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
