Part Time - 30 hours per week - 8.30am to 3.00pm (inclusive of 30 mins unpaid lunch) - Monday to Friday - Term Time only - Start date: TBC

We are currently seeking a fun and motivated individual to join our enthusiastic team who will work as a teaching assistant. The role will be a mixture of general classroom support, leading intervention groups and 1-1 support for a named child.
We welcome applications from candidates who are passionate about learning and are committed to young people with experience of working or volunteering with children. You do not need to have had any experience of working specifically in a school.

The successful candidate will…- Be highly committed to supporting children’s learning, enthusiastic, flexible, skilled and passionate- Have a friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills- Demonstrate commitment to helping children and parents- Show initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team- Be resilient and adaptive to children’s different needs- Demonstrate emotional literacy, empathy and be supportive and discreet
