Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a committed and reliable UQT Cover Teacher to join our fantastic team and provide high-quality classroom cover across the school. This role is ideal for someone with strong classroom experience who is adaptable, resilient, and confident leading learning in whole classes during teacher absence.

The successful candidate will supervise and support pupils’ learning using pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring continuity, high expectations, and positive learning behaviours at all times. You will play a vital role in maintaining our consistently high standards across the school.

We are looking for a cover teacher who is committed to be as effective as they can be for our children. We want to recruit staff that can engage and inspire both pupils and colleagues. Successful candidates will be resilient, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our provision is 'Good or better, everyday'. We have a strong track record for developing extremely successful and effective teaching staff and we would love to support you to have a fantastic teaching experience.
