**TEMP TO PERM ROLE**
Join our client who are a providers of heat treatment and thermal processing, based in Hereford, as a GENERAL OPERATIVE. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.
Duties Include:
- Machine setting and operation
- Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
- Supporting preventative maintenance activities
- Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
- Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
- Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise
Benefits:

Shifts:
- 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
- Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
- Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate:
- £13.00 - £13.81 per hour (dependant upon experience)
- £19.50 - £20.72 per hour for any overtime hours over standard weekly shift
