About the School

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is a one and half form entry school with based in the town centre of Leigh. We are an integral part of the local community and are very family orientated with a strong Catholic ethos. We are extremely proud of all that goes on here. The children are extremely important to us and central to everything we do. We love to watch how the children grow into resilient, capable, thoughtful, confident young people ready for the next stage of their lives.

Due to a maternity leave within school, we are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated teacher to join our dedicated and welcoming KS1 team.

The successful candidate will:

• have proven leadership experience to further improve the quality of teaching and learning. across the school and be a key driver in this process.
• have a successful track record in working with children with a wide range of educational needs.
