Summary
Provide high quality, safe and effective primary medical care to registered patients Undertake routine, urgent and same-day consultations Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions Provide ongoing care and support for patients with long-term conditions Undertake home visits and care home reviews as required (supported by paramedic team) Prescribe safely and appropriately in accordance with national and local guidelines Maintain accurate medical records Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement and clinical governance activities
