Your New Role


As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of
apartment developments from pre‑construction through to handover. You will:

  • Lead cost planning, procurement, subcontract management, and commercial reporting
  • Ensure robust financial control across all project stages
  • Partner closely with internal delivery teams to ensure programme, quality and commercial targets are met
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QS colleagues
  • Play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy as the business continues to scale

The projects you'll oversee are high‑value, design‑led residential developments-ideal for a QS who thrives in a dynamic builder-developer environment.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within residential, commercial or civil construction
  • Strong commercial and contractual expertise, ideally with main contractor or developer experience
  • A confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and commercially drive projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
