Summary

We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Thames Water framework working on projects in the Northern Thames Valley region.

Location: sites in Oxfordshire/Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire with remote working available, and occasional travel to the Gerrards Cross office required.Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll play a vital role in our partnership with Thames Water, delivering capital framework projects across their supply and treatment region. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of both infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet key performance indicators.

What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll be working within the Thames Water team, supporting them in delivering design & build services for new and existing assets. Your day to day will include:

-Overseeing project design integration and assurance, ensuring compliance with Thames Water Asset standards

-Managing construction programmes and procurement schedules to meet key milestones

-Collaborating with supply chain partners on matters of Health, Safety and Wellbeing

-Chairing progress meetings and coordinating effective communication across teams

-Promoting quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout project delivery



What are we looking for?This role of Senior Project Engineer is great for you if:

-You have experience in the water industry with a BEng, ONC/HNC, or BTEC qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

-You hold relevant certifications including CSCS card, SSSTS and Confined Spaces

-You have a keen eye for detail when reviewing RAMS and understanding process plant risks

-You enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with diverse teams

-You have commercial awareness and a focus on delivering quality outcomes
