Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Full-Time, £30,000 per year
Our client is looking for a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and supportive early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to make a real difference in children’s early development while building a rewarding career in a nurturing environment.
The service is currently at full capacity and provides a stimulating learning space for children of all ages. With one large open-plan room thoughtfully divided into smaller age-specific areas, practitioners can provide tailored care and learning experiences in line with children’s individual needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5.
- Plan, deliver, and support age-appropriate learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their development.
- Encourage independence, creativity, and confidence in every child.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.
