Rate: £15-16 per hour until signed off as competent - £20ph after the sign-off

About the role
You will be supporting a male service user who has MND (motor neuron disease), a Ventilator, Suction Machine, PEG and other complex needs. He is non-verbal, and communicates through eye gaze, so you will need to patiently communicate with our service user and his next of kin effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving then the opportunity to communicate their needs as well. Our service userlives at home with his wife and family, so confidence and communication will be key when working in this environment.
Requirements for the Role:
- Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for an outgoing, bubbly candidate who can show their best assets in providing the highest quality of support.
- Experience with Suctioning, Ventilator, PEG and Cough Assist is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
- A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
- To provide the correct compliance documents, including updated Right to Work
