Summary
You will work within a team of 5-6 receptionists each day to manage incoming calls, emails and triage requests from patients. This will include booking appointments, sharing test results, arranging prescriptions etc. Youll also manage tasks from other healthcare professionals such as district nurses, sharing these with the correct team members. Youll provide support to the Clinical team, which could include chaperoning examinations or restocking rooms. Youll also support with general administration and filing of records.
