Summary
Assist with the direct care of patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment. Participate in on- call service. Participate in twilight shifts. Safely and accurately record patients observations pre, during and post dialysis, escalating and reporting to the registered nurse/healthcare professional. To ensure dialysis machines are lined, primed and then cleaned correctly for the next patient. To undertaken a weekly stock check and order the required consumables. Work within a multidisciplinary team. Assist with shared care training of patients.
