Summary

Work jointly with the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to build, monitor and maintain service delivery outcomes, ensuring strong clinical oversight and continuous improvement.2. Provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership to ensure safe, effective, person-centred crisis intervention.3. Lead complex assessments, formulations and stabilisation plans using PBS and autism-informed frameworks.4. Ensure robust MDT working, including risk reviews, CTR/CRTs and Blue Light meetings.5. Ensure practice aligns with the Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, safeguarding and statutory responsibilities.6. Ensure interventions are delivered within the least restrictive, community-based environment.7. Promote effective communication with Community LD Teams and inpatient LD/MH units.8. Support admission avoidance and timely discharge through collaborative system working.
