Summary
The role will make a significant contribution to the delivery of the Trusts strategic estates objectives, including statutory compliance, space optimisation, and the successful delivery of capital projects. Through the expert use of CAD and estates information systems, the post holder will support data-driven decision-making and actively contribute to the Trusts sustainability goals and digital transformation agenda. This position is pivotal in ensuring estates records are accurate, accessible, and robust, supporting effective risk management, safety assurance, and operational efficiency across the Trust. The post holder will be required to travel to Trust premises across Norfolk and Suffolk to undertake site surveys, verify the accuracy of existing records, and update or amend record drawings as necessary. The post holder may be based at one of several Trust locations within Norfolk or Suffolk.
