Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on procurement, commissioning, contract management, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Advise on governance, risk, and strategic commercial matters.
- Support contract disputes, variations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure legal risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated.
- Prepare clear, concise reports, legal opinions, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of legal processes and commercial practices.
