Summary
Registered Building Inspector needed in North London Paying £385 per day ref 1681688
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Carry out inspections across residential and non‑residential sites in line with statutory requirements.
- Assess plans, specifications, and building works to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
- Provide clear, expert advice to contractors, developers, architects, and the public.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports, notices, and enforcement documentation.
- Identify contraventions and take appropriate action to resolve non‑compliance.
- Maintain full registration with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and comply with competency frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of building control processes and service delivery.
- Represent the organisation at meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
