We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries in person, by phone, or online.
- Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Process sales transactions, orders, and payments accurately.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organised.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs.
- Handle customer issues or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Help meet and exceed sales targets and team goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or CRM software.
