Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting service users with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will work as part of a supportive care team in residential, nursing, or supported living settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
Assisting with mobility and safe transfers
Supporting service users with meals and hydration
Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour
Offering emotional support and companionship
Maintaining accurate care records in line with company policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
A caring, patient, and reliable approach
Good communication skills
Right to work in the UK
