Competitive Salary + Benefits

About Us

Join our Hospitality Team as a Hospitality Officer, where your passion for luxury travel, attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills will help deliver seamless, high-end experiences for our guests. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a key role in ensuring every visit - in the UK or overseas - is planned and delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

As a Hospitality Officer, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating all aspects of guest visits, from accommodation and travel to events, dining, and activities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to manage complex logistics for high-profile guests. You will be expected to anticipate needs, handle last-minute changes, and provide on-the-ground support during key visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and prepare guest visits in the UK and internationally, including hotels, venues, events, and activities.
  • Conduct advance checks of hotel accommodations to ensure all guest requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with hotel management and local security teams ahead of guest arrivals.
  • Plan and arrange activities such as theatre visits, restaurant bookings, sightseeing, and transportation.
  • Liaise with external suppliers including hotels, travel agents, and transport providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Attend destinations during key guest visits to support on-site arrangements and respond to queries.
  • Address and resolve complex or last-minute requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay informed on new destinations, experiences, and trending restaurant and hospitality offerings.
  • Travel within the UK and overseas as required.
  • Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role as requested by management.

What We're Looking For

  • We're seeking someone who:
  • Has experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or event management.
  • Is highly organised with a strong eye for detail.
  • Has proven experience coordinating logistics for high-profile or VIP clients.
  • Remains calm under pressure and can manage changing priorities.
  • Is confident producing professional itineraries and documentation.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Has additional language skills (such as French, Spanish, or Italian), which would be an advantage.
  • Holds a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (desirable)
  • Is flexible and willing to travel frequently.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
  • Involvement in delivering exceptional guest experiences at an international level.
  • A professional and supportive team culture.
  • Opportunities for development and exposure to luxury hospitality and travel.
